I include diet and nutrition advice within my reflexology sessions.  This means the initial consultation digs deeper for root causes and enables me to extend the value of the sessions further. 

As a rule my sessions last an hour but many times they go over on a needs basis. Sessions always include a relaxing foot bath at the start and the clinic is a quiet, calm space in a unique setting. I use organic creams for your feet and organic soaps for the foot bath

Hand reflexology is available as a relaxing add-on to any session, bookable in advance
